Christmas is just around the corner, and thanks to the return of the Lebkuchenpaket the wait hasn’t been too hard. Saturday I’m taking the train home for Christmas, together with Mathilde and Effi. A week later we’re heading to Maupertuis with the kids as and a large bunch of friends to celebrate whatever and everything that needs to be celebrated. This means two weeks straight off at work, and plenty of good moments ahead. Happy end-of-year holidays!

Almost through November. Effi turned one, and we have settled in our beautiful new apartment. Nothing much to write home about.
One month has passed by like a blink of an eye. I was basically sickish all the time, it’s getting better the last days but I struggled with a cold, with something colder and with more cold. Ever since I returned from my hike through the Alps I haven’t done any sports activity, and even worse: I didn’t even feel like going for one. Now that my solid health seems to be returning again, and the house moving being basically done except for some final steps to finish kitchen and the last wardrobe, I will hopefully be able to return on (the) track.
